Software is our craft and our passion. At HILIFE.AI, we create beautiful software to solve business problems. We believe that software is the ultimate product of the mind and the hands.
Over the years, we've crafted dozens of products with equal fervor. Now they are even available under one single integrated suite, HI-CRM that can put a business completely on the cloud. Unlike our competitors, who periodically wake up to discover gaping product holes that they must now fill urgently with acquisitions to reassure their shareholders, we craft our portfolio with patience and anticipation.
Our strategy is born from the realization that the vast majority of acquisitions fail, and it’s the customer that pays the price. Many of our products were developed to meet our own needs—for HILIFE.AI itself runs entirely on HI-CRM. This means our software often must fail us, before it can fail you.
HILIFE.AI is committed to spending your money wisely. We invest more in product development and customer support than in sales and marketing. It always struck us as paradoxical to charge the customer extra for the privilege of marketing back to them. By keeping our cost of attracting customers low, we keep our prices affordable and pass the savings onto our users.
The story behind the name HILIFE.AI
"Why the name – HILIFE.AI ?"
One of the core values of our founders team is to give it back to society. They chooses to give back to their hometown through their contributions on economic and skills upliftment.
They were born in a tier-2 city called Trichy in the Southern part of India. They strongly believes world-class software products can be created and sold it from small cities like Trichy and We never need Silicon Valley to create a such a world class software.
When our customer using our Software,They will experience teir new modern lifestyles to make their daily business ativity easier and Quicker.
When we saw a new people as a culture we welcome them by saying "Hello" or "Hi",Likewise in our company name "HI"stands for saying Hello to the customers and "LIFE"stand for saying new modern lifestyle to te customers and "AI" stands for our software are developed by using Artifical Intelligence. That's the name behind "HILIFE.AI"
When the company was going through the re-branding exercise "Trichy2siliconvalley" after evolving into a product company, we decided to bring HILIFE.AI as the prominent brand name.
